join us

Thank you for rejoining us this week for the second installment of our series, Why Join the Colorado Physical Therapy Network. Last week, you learned that CPTN is a special network for physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, and other types of medical-based providers. We focus on ensuring that patients receive the highest care possible, that clinics and independent practitioners adhere to the strictest standards in patient care, and that we act as a network that communicates with and engages with practice providers, care carriers, payors, and others. This week, we will continue to expound on the reasons why you should consider joining our network.

The Identification and Solutions to Emerging Health Care Trends
Colorado Physical Therapy Network prides itself in its unique ability to identifying emerging health care trends and providing solutions to those that are troublesome for providers, payors, and patients. Currently, there are several health care trends that must be addressed. These include the following:

  1. High-Profile Merger Situations and Acquisitions
  2. Increasing Prices in Drugs
  3. Cybersecurity Threats to the Healthcare Industry
  4. The Volume-Driven Healthcare Push
  5. Increasing Cost of Care

Our network works diligently to stay apprised of the latest trends and complications in the industry. We work closely together with others in the medical field in order to develop solutions. We then encourage our team to work towards those solutions. By being part of our network, you will always know what is happening and why it is happening. You will also be provided with sound solutions for overcoming any problems associated with the trends that are or have emerged in the healthcare industry.

Brand Development and Practice Growth
In addition to knowing the trends and being introduced to solutions that will aid your practice through those trends, the Colorado Physical Therapy Network also specializes in building brands and encouraging the growth of your practice. This not only helps the network, but, also encourages the overall success of the MSO. Examples of the suggestions that we push include – but, are not at all limited to – the following:

  1. We encourage our members to welcome change and transition quickly in an ever-evolving healthcare field.
  2. We encourage all of our members to view the others within the network as their partners.
  3. We push for all practices to share the overall direction of the MSO.
  4. A collaboration with others under the MSO is encouraged.
  5. We encourage our members to make up to 75% of their own decisions, while accepting approximately 25% of the decisions that others make within the network.

The Colorado Physical Therapy Network is an in-depth organization that seeks to work for the greater good of the practice, the practitioner, and the patient. If you are in the medical field, it is in your best interest to join our network and collaborate with the other practitioners.
